John Krahn

Owners, Sales & Marketing

John Krahn has been involved in building construction since childhood and branched out on his own in 2001 when his father retired from building.

Developing and polishing the diamond no one else sees is a trait that is displayed time and time again with the developments and business deals he has been a part of. The ability to learn, understand and then refine is what sets him apart. A genuine passion for people, his family and doing life well are evident when you get the opportunity to know him. John is a hardworking leader, and the fruits of his labor are in his reputation.

When not at work, you can find John spending time with his wife and two kids; oftentimes at his son’s baseball or hockey games; or enjoying the antics of his spunky daughter. He’s also quite partial to spending time on the lake, enjoying the beauty of creation with fishing rod in hand.

Denis Reis

Drafting & Design

Denis is an integral part of team Pinnaco. His skill with the mouse is truly fun to watch while designing every home with efficiency and long-term use in mind. He also enjoys working one on one with all our customers to ensure no detail is overlooked.

With his easy-going personality, willingness to listen and the patience he shows, he brings our clients’ dreams to life on paper. Denis can also speak Russian and High German fluently which is often appreciated by Pinnaco’s diverse client base. You can usually find Denis holding down the fort at Pinnaco’s office and if you ever want to come visit, he takes his coffee with one cream.

When Denis isn’t getting a sun tan from his monitor he usually gets it while fishing or working around his house. He enjoys spending time with his wife & kids and also helping out in church.

Pete Harder

Site Manager

Pete is a quick learner and a very valuable member of Pinnaco’s success.

Pete’s interest in construction started at a very young age and his desire to learn keeps him motivated. Along with scheduling trades, Pete is always willing to lend a hand on site to make sure the job gets done well, whether that means crawling in an attic to make adjustments or simply adjusting a door to keep the smile on our customer’s face. Pete is detail orientated and enjoys the challenge of exceeding expectations.

When Pete isn’t working or following up with a trade he enjoys fishing, golfing, camping and spending time with his wife and kids.

Kris Teichroeb

Estimating

Over the years Kris has been involved in multiple industries from Mechanics, Construction, Electrical Sales, Manufacturing, Pre-Engineered Steel Building sales/project management, and now finally Project Estimating at Pinnaco. Kris is a detailed oriented person and is driven by customer satisfaction. These traits help to provide clear accurate quotes which supports Pinnaco’s goal to finish well in everything we do.

When Kris is not at work, he enjoys spending time at home with his wife Tracy and two kids. Often just around the yard, going for a drive or depending on the time of year they will be out hunting, fishing, or camping.
